资源简介:
This data serves as the foundation for understanding the relationship between subjective well-being (SWB) and prosocial behaviour in Ecuador. It utilizes two significant national surveys: the National Survey of Employment, Unemployment, and Underemployment (ENEMDU) conducted in 2007, and the Ecuadorian National Survey of Life Conditions (ECV) from 2014. This comparative dataset allows for an assessment of changes in well-being and prosocial activities before and after the implementation of the 2008 Constitution.
By focusing specifically on community-oriented behaviors, such as participation in mingas (community work), this data illuminates the correlation between these activities and enhanced life satisfaction among Ecuadorians. The structure of the data enables a nuanced analysis of how individual engagement in prosocial activities influences overall well-being in the context of social and political transformations in the country.
