Whole gene expression profile of LPS treated MEG01 cells. Homo sapiens cultivar:MEG01

In this study the role of platelets were investigated in sepsis. As platelets are derived from megakaryocytes, in our experiment we modeled how the septic condition affects the gene expression pattern of megakaryocytes. We used human MEG01 cultured cells with and without LPS treatment and performed RNA-Seq analysis to obtain gene expression data.
