THE EVOLUTION OF APPROACHES TO STRENGTHENING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF LIGHT INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES

This article analyzes the economic essence of enterprise competitiveness and the evolution of scientific views on this concept. Enterprise competitiveness is considered as a complex economic category, and the factors influencing its formation and development are examined. Based on the scientific views of CIS economists, different interpretations of the concept of enterprise competitiveness are analyzed, and their common and distinctive features are highlighted. In addition, the external and internal factors affecting enterprise competitiveness are systematized, and their impact on enterprise activities is scientifically substantiated.
