This repository is the data underpinning the research paper "Assessing the potential for Natural Flood Management in groundwater-dominated chalk streams using multivariate analysis".Here is the raw data (raw_phys_facts_UPLOAD.csv), which includes all 198 gauging stations included in analysis, plus hydrological descriptive variables (from the National River Flow Archive), and catchment properties (% landcover from LCM2015) and soil cover (% cover of the HOST soil categories).additionally included are two R scripts. the first is the full script for the redundancy analysis, plus hierarchical clustering of results from the RDA. the second is the script used to select the hierarchical clustering algorithm used.
