Influenza A sequence metadata with manual corrections and annotations (version 4.2) adjusted to the AFluID pipeline with sequence multifasta file

This dataset was obtained from NCBI Virus database, and was manually curated for missing entries and wrong annotations. The dataset is the base for the AFluID-Automatic Influenza Identification pipeline, built as the final project for the MSc in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology.
