MiSeq result of the microbial nitrogen-removal cells (MNCs) treating domestic wastewater

This project aims to identify the microbial community in the five single-chamber microbial nitrogen-removal cells (MNCs) treating domestic wastewater. Since domestic wastewater contains not only organics but also nitrogen compounds, simultaneous removal of organics and nitrogen should be required. Thus, understanding the biological mechanism is important to apply MNCs to domestic wastewater treatment.
