Data underlying the study: Digital Business Simulations in Higher Education: Quantifying Skill Development and Technological Impact

This dataset comprises survey responses from 42 undergraduate business students who participated in a semester-long digital business simulation (Marketplace Simulations). 数据采集环节如下：
1. 标准化调研工具：通过Qualtrics平台发放问卷，各技能构念均采用16条目李克特（Likert）量表进行评分，评分区间为1（完全不同意）至5（完全同意），条目按子构念进行分组。
2. 开放式反馈采集：收集被试关于技能应用场景与职业适配感知的质性调研洞察。

数据集包含文件如下：
- 调研题项、构念与子构念说明文档：包含完整调研工具的题项措辞与主题分组细则。
- Excel数据文件：各技能构念的原始应答数据，分别为决策能力发展情况（补充附录A）、团队协作能力发展情况（补充附录B）、领导力发展情况（补充附录C）以及就业市场适配力（补充附录D）。

关键变量说明如下：
- 定量变量：各技能领域的综合得分与条目级评分数据。
- 定性变量：学生关于模拟实训影响的反思内容，例如："本次模拟实训让我学会在决策中平衡风险与收益"。
