The nucleoporin CPR5 acts as a key negative immune regulator in plants. A genetic screen revealed the plant CPR5 immune signaling module (PRISM), a large complex modulating immunity through histone modifications, specifically H3K4me3, on the SARD1 and CBP60g transcription factors. To investigate this, we performed ChIP-seq to map H3K4me3 genome-wide in WT, cpr5, cpr5 prl1 fip1, and cpr5 prl1 fip1 jmj14 plants.
