Fragmentary statue with hittite hieroglyphic inscription

This rectangular shaped trunk of a statue, belongs to Halparunda II, King of Maras. The inscription covers the back and the sides of the statue. On the left side it starts with a standing human in relief. On the front, a mace, symbol of sovereignty; a tassel, hanging from the sash; and a sword are seen. In the inscription the king introduces himself with his titles and tells his deeds.
