Dataset: Spore abundance of Lecanosticta acicola in Atlantic climate regions.

This dataset contains spore abundance data for Lecanosticta acicola generated from a three-year monitoring campaign involving 16 airborne spore traps distributed across pine forest plantations in northern Spain, the first European region where the pathogen was detected. The objective of the study was to characterise temporal trends in spore abundance, identify the climatic variables associated with pathogen dispersal, and generate spatial risk projections for disease spread under Atlantic climatic conditions and climate change scenarios.
