Here we studied the role of Dystroglycan in the function of inhibitory cerebellar synapses from MLIs onto Purkinje cells. In all cases, we recorded mIPSCs from Purkinje cells held at -70mV in whole cell voltage clamp. The bath contained NBQX and TTX. Recordings were performed using Igor Pro 8 (Wavemetrics) and files are in the proprietary .pxp format. Genotype information for each recording can be found in the <i>phys_metadata.csv</i> file in this dataset.
