Y-o-Y change in average price for office real estate in Italy 2023, by city

In 2023, Milan was the only Italian city which experienced a notable increase in the price of office real estate. In Naples, prices rose by almost two percent from the previous year. In all other major Italian cities, prices saw mild growth or decline. Office prices increased slightly in Turin, Palermo, Naples, and Bologna, by between 0.1 and 2.7 percent. At the other end of the spectrum were Rome and Verona, where prices fell by 0.19 and 0.9 percent, respectively.
