TIFF stacks of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images of Mg nanoparticles, used for the measurement of nanoparticle sizes. Image acquisition parameters and scale bars are indicated on each image. File names follow the format of Mg_xx_yy_zz.tif, where xx, yy, and zz represent the reaction time in seconds in the first reduction, second reduction, and etching stages, respectively.
