Item Details Title: Priority Growth Areas Abstract / data description: The Capital Region Land Use Plan approved on March 31, 2009 supports concentrating new growth within the Priority Growth Areas (PGAs) and planning for intensive forms of development that significantly exceed existing development patterns in these areas.
