Phytophthora theobromicola Genome sequencing and assembly and in-planta gene expression

In this study we assembled diploid genomes from two isolates of P. theobromicola using long reads. We functionally annotated the effectors coded by this species and studied their variability and expression patterns in different cacao tissues.
