该项数据为本挥发性有机物膜界面探测器(MIP)在研发设计过程中产生的图纸资料,包含流程图、设备二维图以及三维图,其中涉及MIP系统装置整体原理组成及运行方式、钻杆钻具二维图、钻具整体连接三维图、便携移动安装小车三维图等,用于该探测组件的生产装配调试。该数据主要为研发设计、计算校核、实验试验产生,为自主产生,原始数据,未经加工。项目数据产生和汇集过程中的相关质量控制措施,包括完整的数据产生过程,处理方式及质量控制措施等,整体数据未做任何处理,数据真实可靠。该项数据应用于本次研发的挥发性有机物膜界面探测器(MIP)的设计生产装配调试。该项数据为CAD二维图转换的电子文档PDF格式以及3D图形文件格式.stp/step,数据大小为12.5MB,可用于相关环境类土壤快速筛查类设备/装置的研发生产参考指导。
This dataset comprises drawing documents generated during the R&D and design phase of the Volatile Organic Compounds Membrane Interface Probe (MIP). It includes flowcharts, 2D equipment drawings, and 3D drawings, covering the overall principle, composition and operational mode of the MIP system device, 2D drawings of drill rods and drilling tools, 3D drawings of the overall connection of drilling tools, 3D drawings of the portable mobile installation trolley, and other related content, which are used for the production, assembly and commissioning of this detection module.
This dataset is primarily generated through R&D and design, calculation verification and experimental tests; it is independently produced original raw data without any processing. Relevant quality control measures implemented during the generation and collection of the project data, including complete data generation procedures, processing methods and quality control protocols, demonstrate that the entire dataset has not undergone any modification and is authentic and reliable.
This dataset is applied to the design, production, assembly and commissioning of the Volatile Organic Compounds Membrane Interface Probe (MIP) developed in this project.
This dataset consists of electronic documents in PDF format converted from CAD 2D drawings and 3D graphic files in .stp/step format, with a total size of 12.5 MB. It can serve as reference guidance for the R&D and production of relevant environmental soil rapid screening equipment and devices.
