资源简介:
This dataset includes lipidomic analyses from a study investigating the toxicity of the Fox River Mixture (FRM), an environmental polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) mixture, in adult conventional and germ-free mice (Cheng et al., 2018; Li et al., 2022; Lim et al., 2020). The mice were exposed orally once daily for 3 consecutive days to the FRM at a low dose (6 mg per kg body weight) and a high dose (30 mg per kg body weight). The control group was exposed to the vehicle (corn oil) alone. This dataset includes polar lipids, fatty acids incorporated into triacylglycerides, and triacylglyceride levels, expressed as signal per milligram protein. The original analytical data and LC-MS spectra of both polar lipids and TAG are also included as compressed Excel files. In addition, the extractable lipid content is reported for the lung, brain, jejunum, duodenum, ileum, stomach, cecum, colon, muscle, kidney, liver, and heart from naïve conventional and germ-free mice. These tissues were generated as part of published animal studies(Fu et al., 2021; Selwyn et al., 2015).
