Euschistus heros

In this project, comparative transcriptome profiling and identification of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) variants of susceptible and laboratory-selected resistant strains of E. heros was performed to investigate the molecular mechanism(s) underlying the thiamethoxam and lambda-cyhalothrin resistance.
