In this data set 306 scales were included in the study. Of the teachers participating in the study, 228 were female and 78 were male. 246 teachers work in public schools, while 59 work in private institutions. In this study, job satisfaction scale, organizational culture scale, brief psychological resilience scale and brief symptom inventory were used. "Organizational Culture Scale (OCS)" was developed by Glaser et al. (1987) and adapted into Turkish by Öztürk (2015) and is a 5-point Likert scale (1= Strongly Disagree, 5= Strongly Agree). It consists of 31 items and 6 sub-dimensions: teamwork (T), moral values (MV), information flow (IF), participation (P), supervision (S) and meeting (M). "Job Diagnostic Survey (JDS)" was developed by Hackman and Oldham (1975) and adapted for school organizations and teachers by Taşdan (2008). The scale is one-dimensional, has 14 items and is 5-point Likert scale (1=Not at all satisfies me, 5=Satisfies me very much). Brief Resilience Scale (BRS) is a scale developed by Smith et al. (2008) to measure the psychological resilience of individuals. The 5-point Likert-type scale consisting of 6 items was adapted into Turkish by Doğan (2015). The ‘I don't agree at all’ option is rated as 1 and the ‘I completely agree’ option is rated as 5 on the scale. Getting a high score from the scale shows that psychological resilience is high. The Brief Symptom Inventory (BSI) is a Likert-type self-assessment scale that screens for mental symptoms and consists of 53 items and five subscales: anxiety, depression, negative self, somatization and anger. The score range is between 0-212. The scale can be applied to adolescent and adult individuals and groups. There is no time limit for answering the scale. The BSI is a scale consisting of 53 questions that individuals define themselves, aimed at recognizing and measuring various psychological symptoms.
