Hermes Transposon Insertion Profiling in Candida glabrata (Nakaseomyces glabratus) Type Strain CBS138

This study utilized the tn-seq method with the Hermes transposon to characterize the essentialome for the Candida glabrata (Nakaseomyces glabratus) type strain CBS138 as well as a derivative strain 2001 that contains a tandem duplication on chromosome K. These transposon insertion pools were also sequenced after treatment with varying doses of the antifungal drug Micafungin.
