资源简介：
Raw POD5 data of human COLO829 melanoma fibroblasts (ATCC CRL-1974) from the ONT Open Data project (s3://ont-open-data/colo829_2023.04/COLO829). We use Guppy6.4.6 FAST mode and Dorado0.4.1 FAST mode to basecall the whole POD5 dataset. To eliminate the interference of reads filtering, the FASTQ files from either PASS or FAIL folder were merged upon basecalling.
