We performed RNA-sequencing on serpini1 deficient zebrafish by CRISPR/Cas9 technique and an inducible neuroserpin overexpression model under the Huc promoter in the zebrafish to further research on the loss and gain of function of neruoserpin. Overall design: Gene expression of 7dpf zebrafish larvae in each group (n=30 per group) after serpini1 ko or inducibale overexpression.
