Photoluminescence Spectroscopy Data for AlₓGa₁−ₓAs Nanostructures Synthesized by Wet Electrochemical Deposition under Different Voltage Regimes
收藏资源简介:
The dataset includes photoluminescence spectra of three AlₓGa₁−ₓAs samples synthesized on textured GaAs substrates under different electrochemical deposition regimes: voltage switching, gradual voltage increase, and pulsed voltage. Photoluminescence spectroscopy was employed to evaluate optical quality, band-edge emission behavior, and the presence or absence of defect-related radiative recombination. Only processed photoluminescence spectra are provided. Raw detector output and full instrumental parameters are not included. For transparency of data handling and figure preparation, OriginLab project files (*.opju) corresponding to each sample are provided. This dataset underpins the photoluminescence analysis presented in the associated article and enables reuse for comparative optical characterization of electrochemically synthesized AlₓGa₁−ₓAs nanostructures. A detailed description of the dataset structure and reuse notes is provided in the accompanying README.md file. Methods Photoluminescence measurements were performed at room temperature to assess the optical and electronic quality of AlₓGa₁−ₓAs nanostructures synthesized under different electrochemical deposition regimes. The recorded spectra cover the spectral region corresponding to near-band-edge emission of GaAs-based and Al-containing alloys. The dataset includes processed photoluminescence spectra for three samples prepared under distinct voltage regimes. Data processing involved background subtraction and normalization to facilitate reliable comparison of emission features between samples. Visualization and spectral comparison were performed using OriginLab software. Each OriginLab project file reproduces the plotting workflow used to generate the photoluminescence figures presented in the associated article. Raw photoluminescence data and detailed instrumental parameters are intentionally omitted and may be disclosed in future studies. Content of the dataset The dataset includes: Processed photoluminescence spectra for three AlₓGa₁−ₓAs samples (Sample 1–3); Three OriginLab project files (*.opju) corresponding to each sample and containing the processed spectra and plotting workflow; A sample identification table linking photoluminescence data to electrochemical deposition regimes. Processed spectra are provided in open formats (CSV).
