RNA-seq of Jing724 seedlings under salt stress treatment

To investigate the gene expression regulation mechanism of maize in response to salt stress, RNA-Seq analysis was performed on Jing724 seedlings under salt stress condition (500 mM NaCl) across 12 time-intervals (0 h, 0.5 h, 1 h, 2 h, 4 h, 8 h, 12 h, 24 h/1 d, 48 h/2 d, 72 h/3 d, 120 h/5 d, and 168 h/7 d). Total RNAs of the leaves and roots of Jing724 at each time point under salt stress treatment were isolated for RNA-seq analysis.
