Relevant simulations granular thermostats

Simulation data used for the individual thermostat comparison within the paper 'Thermostat implementation within the Discrete Element Method (DEM) framework, considerations and limitations', for a total of ~1.8 GB. The .h5 files contain the particle (b_*) and contact (b_bf_*) data, while the .xmf are used for plotting using the software Visit. The entire dataset for the paper is approximately 200 GB of data (600 simulations, ~330 MB for each).
