THE ROLE AND IMPORTANCE OF METHODOLOGICAL INSTRUCTIONS IN FORMING A DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

This article studies the role and importance of methodological instructions in forming a digital educational environment from a scientific, theoretical and empirical perspective. The current state of the digital educational environment in secondary specialized educational institutions is diagnosed, the existence of methodological instructions and their impact on pedagogical practice are analyzed. The results of the study show that a system of methodological instructions aimed at effectively forming a digital educational environment has been developed and its effectiveness has been experimentally proven.
