An Infinium microarray platform (GPL28271, HorvathMammalMethylChip40) was used to generate DNA methylation data from human tissue samples. n=144 EDTA blood samples and n=240 blood samples Genome annotations of the array can be downloaded from https://github.com/shorvath/MammalianMethylationConsortium. Authors state the following for some samples: I cannot share the idat files, i.e. the raw data. I cannot share the raw data because of issues of IRB/consent forms.
