Nocturnal and diurnal visitors complement pollination services to dragon fruit (Selenicereus undatus) in the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico

This dataset contains information on the abundance and diversity of floral visitors, as well as the results of pollination experiments conducted in Selenicereus undatus (dragon fruit) crops. The floral visitor data include observational records of insect species visiting dragon fruit flowers, along with their visitation frequency and time of day. The pollination experiments evaluate the effectiveness of different pollination treatments (e.g., hand pollination, open pollination, and exclusion) on fruit set and quality.
