RNA-Seq data of tumors and paired adjacent tissues from 15 HCC patients

Hepatitis B virus (HBV) mutations promote the occurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). However, their association with postoperative prognosis remains obscure. Here, we aimed to characterize the evolution of HBV in different sources and identify viral mutation pattern that facilitates postoperative prognosis of HCC.
