Temporal Dynamics of Autonomic Nervous System Responses under Cognitive-Emotional Workload in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder

The database consisted of the following files:
1) the participants' individual codes (patients with OCD and control group).
2) The raw data for the pupil area (PA) - Raw PA data.rar. We recorded changes in pupil area during the period of fixation on stimuli and during the baseline period (black screen) using the Eyelink Portable Duo eye tracker. Pupil diameter analysis was based on the average pupil size parameter estimate obtained from the test report in EyeLink Data Viewer (version 4.1.1). We provide raw data from the Data Viewer (OCD_pupil_pushes, Control_pupil_pushes – pupil area during the period of fixation on stimuli; OCD_pupil_baseline_pushes, control_pupil_baseline_pushes – pupil area during the baseline period, which was a dark screen). Further preprocessing of the pupil area was carried out through RStudio.
