<b><i>Leucomyxa</i></b>

Leucomyxa_plasmidifera_PRA-24_whole_genome_assembly.fasta: the file contains scaffolds obtained by assembling Illumina reads from the culture of Leukarachnion sp. ATCC PRA-24. Note that the assembly contains a full mitochondrial genome (NODE_165_length_44149_cov_62.922218), the plastid genome split into three scaffolds (NODE_245_length_21920_cov_13.674865, NODE_468_length_8990_cov_27.241333, and NODE_4094_length_2314_cov_10.712254), a putative mitochondrial plasmid (NODE_235_length_23184_cov_201.782447), and a highly fragmented and incomplete assembly of the nuclear genome, together with numerous scaffolds from diverse bacteria cocultured with the protist.
