This collection comprises images, site records, and GIS data from an archaeological trenched evaluation on the site of a proposed 150MW battery energy storage facility on land off Norrington Lane, Norrington Gate Farm, Broughton Gifford, Melksham, Wiltshire, undertaken by Archaeology England during October 2022. No archaeological features were recorded other than a 19th century field boundary ditch, a 19th century rubbish pit and four land drains containing ceramic pipes.
