ANG-induced tRNA cleavage in U2OS cells (tiRNA fraction)

Angiogenin (ANG) has been reported to cleave 3'-CCA termini as well as anticodon loop of tRNAs in vitro. This study is aimed to confirm whether ANG can cleave 3'-CCA termini of tRNAs in vivo. In this study, we made the cDNA library using tiRNA fraction (20-50 nt) from ANG-treated U2OS cells to examine what proportion of 3'-tiRNAs were CCA-cleaved.
