Replication Materials for "Diagnosing the Public Reception of U.S. Tariff Policy"

This repository contains the replication materials supporting the study “Diagnosing the Public Reception of U.S. Tariff Policy.” The materials include a de-identified analytical dataset, permissible source identifiers, frozen actor-group, policy-dimension, and stance classifications, model scores, final codebooks, benchmark and validation data, analysis scripts, robustness procedures, and documentation for reproducing the reported results. Full Twitter/X text, account handles, profile biographies, and other identifiable account metadata are not publicly redistributed because of platform and privacy restrictions. The repository provides permissible post identifiers, pseudonymous account keys, derived analytical variables, frozen classification outputs, and documentation describing the scope of the available materials. The included scripts reproduce the aggregate, temporal, actor-group, policy-dimension, actor–dimension, classifier-validation, and sensitivity analyses reported in the manuscript.
