Transcriptional changes of the extracellular matrix in chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension governs right ventricle remodeling and recovery [ext300_rnaseq]

Tissue samples from healthy controls were collected from the same patient (n = 10) for both Right ventricle and septum. The tissue samples were collected in the Department of Heart Failure and Transplantology, National Institute of Cardiology, Warsaw, Poland. Overall design: To decipher the molecular mechanisms underlying RV remodeling in CTEPH, the transcriptomic profile of the RV and septum, were compared with those of a normal control group.
