Schulpsychologische Beratung School counselling

Schulpsychologische Arbeit ist weit differenziertes Arbeitsfeld, das von der Einzelfallberatung bis zur Arbeit mit der Gesamtorganisation Schule reicht. Das Spektrum der Beratungsaktivitäten ist entsprechend weit gefächert und reicht von der Psychologischen Diagnostik bis zur Systemberatung. Anhand eines Beispiels aus der eigenen schulpsychologischen Beratungspraxis wird aufgezeigt, wie mit einem derart weit gefassten Beratungsverständnis Schülerprobleme auch innerhalb der Kontexte Familie und Schule gelöst werden können. Hierbei wird deutlich, dass die Arbeit in diesen Kontexten sowie die Vermittlung zwischen ihnen von besonderer Bedeutung ist. Schulpsychologische Beratung ist somit ein ebenso lösungsorientiertes wie ressourcenorientiertes Angebot für schulische und familiale Kontexte. Diagnoses and dyadic counselling on one hand, and organizational counselling on the other hand are landmarks of their profession. Within a case study this counselling approach is developed, showing a problemsolving process within the school-system and family-system. Working within these contexts, linking them and using solutionoriented an resourceoriented methods is presented as a primary goal of school-counselling.
