Laboratory screening dataset: aqueous leaf extract of Montrichardia linifera against Plutella xylostella (v7, JAPE aligned)

This deposit provides the dataset and reproducible scripts supporting a laboratory screening study of aqueous leaf extract of Montrichardia linifera against Plutella xylostella, prepared for submission to the Journal of Asia-Pacific Entomology (JAPE). The experiment followed a completely randomized design (CRD) with three treatments (control, 5% and 10% w/v). Analyses use a fixed analytical cohort of 50 Petri dishes per treatment (unit = dish), with a priori denominators: pupation = pupae/50, adult emergence = adults/50, and pupal-to-adult viability = adults/pupae. Larval duration is computed only for individuals that pupated and pupal duration only for adults that emerged.
