RNA-seq analysis of Acinetobacter baumannii strains grown in the presence of ciprofloxacin

Acinetobacter baumannii strain ATCC17978 or its fluoroquinolone resistance derivatives having either gyrA or gyrAparC mutations were grown in the presence of ciprofloxacin at concentrations that reduce the growth rate by 30% relative to the untreated cultures. 3.5 hrs after drug treatment, RNA was prepared and compared to untreated controls. Data show read abundance of individual transcripts in the presence or absence of drug treatment.
