The data package contains (1) simulations of neutral landscape models of categorical data for benchmark testing of scaling algorithms, and (2) scaling results for testing consistency and sensitivity of the newly developed Multi-Dimensional Grid-Point (MDGP) scaling algorithm. Neutral landscapes were generated using the "nlmpy" python module. The MDGP scaling algorithm and the test framework were implemented in R (https://github.com/gannd/landscapeScaling).
