Communities

This dataset contains population data from census and historical sources, and is updated to reflect 2020 census information.The 2020 population estimate was derived from the U.S. Census Bureau block population dataset.Using the Trinity County residential structures address points dataset, census blocks were assigned a community, and the population for this area was calculated. For the adjacent communities of Willow Creek & Weitchpec, the Census Designated Place (CDP) boundary was used to calculate population.The community boundary delineations are not the actual community boundaries, which have not yet been delineated for Trinity County.本数据集收录源自人口普查与历史资料的人口数据，并已完成更新以匹配2020年人口普查信息。2020年人口估算值源自美国人口普查局（U.S. Census Bureau）街区人口数据集。本数据集依托三一县（Trinity County）住宅建筑地址点数据集，将人口普查街区归属至对应社区，并计算该区域的人口规模。针对威洛克里克（Willow Creek）与韦奇佩克（Weitchpec）这两个相邻社区，本数据集采用普查指定地区（Census Designated Place, CDP）边界开展人口计算。需说明的是，本次划定的社区边界并非真实社区边界，因三一县尚未正式完成官方社区边界的划定工作。
