Molecular characterization, aflatoxigenic potential and antifungal susceptibility profile of clinical and environmental isolates of Aspergillus flavus

The present study shows the aflatoxigenic profile of clinical samples vs. environmental samples containing Aspergillus flavus, as well as antifungal susceptibility.The objective is to determine if Aspergillus flavus has differential aflatoxigenic potential in humans and this makes it harmful or is the same behavior as the environmental isolates In addition to knowing if all the fungi studied are susceptible to antifungals.
