This dataset contains all data files used in the analyses reported in the publication “TRPA1 channel activation by synthetic lipid nanoparticles.” The purpose of the dataset is to ensure transparency and reproducibility by enabling independent verification of the analyses presented in the study, as well as facilitating potential reuse of the data for further investigation.
The dataset primarily consists of processed calcium imaging measurements, including intracellular calcium concentration values derived from raw fluorescence recordings using device-specific calibration procedures. This data has been further analyzed using the automatic algorithm described in the manuscript (GitHub link to the code available in the publication) in order to quantify the calcium responses. In addition, it includes normalized fluorescence intensity values obtained from luminal endoplasmic reticulum (ER) calcium imaging experiments and from DPH-based measurements assessing membrane fluidization.
All data are provided in organized directories together with explanatory files describing the dataset structure, experimental conditions, and variable definitions, allowing users to easily navigate and interpret the data.
