We sought to dissect SOX11-dependent and -independent genes in IL-13–inducible genes in primary human lung fibroblasts Overall design: Normal human primary lung fibroblasts (NHLF) were treated with SOX11 siRNA or control siRNA and then cultured for 24 hours in the presece or absence of IL-13. A single experiment was performed.
