Molecular selection for affinity ligand generation is the key cornerstone of biology, medicine, and pharmacology research, as well as clinical applications. However, generating high-affinity ligands has still proven challenging and time-consuming for most methods. Herein, we present a microfluidic platform (named SCOPE) to realize highly-efficient affinity-discriminated molecular selection, highlighting in synergy of both force and concentration effects into molecular equilibrium shifting.
