Copy-number alteration burden is associated with attenuated transcriptional coordination in bladder cancer: a multi-cohort observational genomics study
收藏资源简介:
Version 1.0.0 of the frozen reproducibility archive supporting a multi-cohort observational bladder-cancer genomics study. The deposit contains scientific analysis code, frozen configurations, the exact ordered 120-gene panel and 7,140-pair specification, reference rank/correlation quantities, machine-readable joint FGA/TMB model outputs, four directional perturbation results, and validation metadata. Raw public and controlled-access source datasets are not redistributed; dataset identifiers and acquisition/processing instructions are documented. The reported interpretation remains association-focused. Funding: This work was supported by the Shenzhen postdoctoral research grant (No. 202301548), awarded to Xiaohui Bi. The funder had no role in study design, analysis, interpretation, or the decision to submit.
