Microarray expression profile of long non-coding RNAs and mRNAs associated with Extrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma genesis and progression
收藏资源简介:
The molecular mechanism of ECC in the genesis and progression is still unclear. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been shown to play critical regulatory roles in cancer biology. In order to understand lncRNAs expression patterns and their potential functional in ECC, we performed a transcriptome analysis of lncRNA and mRNA expression in ECC and paired adjacent noncancerous tissues using Agilent Human lncRNA +mRNA array V4.0 (4 × 180 K). Three pairs of ECC tissues and adjacent noncancerous tissues(frozen in liquid nitrogen) were used for microarray. The differential expression of lncRNAs and mRNAs will be detected in T vs.N tissues.Three biology replicates per array. We anticipate that these findings will lay the foundation for future experimental studies of candidate lncRNAs and identify their functional roles further in ECC.
