Roboterradar Humanoid & Quadruped Robot Dataset — curated editorial ratings with evidence grades

Curated editorial assessments of 21 commercially relevant humanoid (16) and quadruped (5) robots by Roboterradar, an independent German-language robotics magazine. Six rating axes per model: five evidence-coded axes (105 assessments, each with evidence grade A–D, 313 documented source entries and a rolling ≤56-day re-check), plus price-performance as a separately computed, derived metric. Includes list prices, DACH availability, technical specifications, a retained public editorial rating/review log since 2026-07-17, a frozen copy of the complete scoring methodology (all capability ladders 0–10 and formulas) and a codebook. The log includes methodology recalculations, evidence/source corrections and reviews without a score change; it is not a company/product event timeline. Tidy CSVs (models / assessments / sources) for direct import into R, Python or SPSS, plus a complete nested JSON. NOT laboratory measurements and NOT peer-reviewed research — transparent editorial work: methodology, evidence and review history are public. Conflict-of-interest disclosure: Roboterradar receives no manufacturer funding; Amazon affiliate commissions may be earned on consumer products and, within this dataset, concern the Unitree Go2.
