资源简介:
INTRODUCTION: Neurosis is a psychopathological process that begins with deleterious mental processes and manifests itself somatically. From a clinical point of view, the patient presents as a disease that alters the state of mood, affect and personality. The present work analyzes studies of the most different shades, which prove the need to address the main risk factors for the development and worse prognosis of neurotic disorders. OBJECTIVE: Collect information regarding the main risk factors that trigger a worse prognosis for the treatment of neurosis and the initiatives that can alleviate the impact of this disease. METHODS: The present work uses as its origin mechanism a bibliographic literature review with a qualitative descriptive approach, using a time frame of 10 years, without restriction on the type of study. RESULTS: The studies analyzed demonstrated that several factors can increase the risk of complications from neurotic disorder, including: female gender, age, genetic factors, lack of psychosocial support, education, exposure to chemical substances in childhood, low level of socioeconomic, risk areas for natural catastrophes. DISCUSSION: The analysis of these results demonstrated that several risk factors can be identified early, directly impacting the individual's quality of life, so that an early psychiatric approach can prevent complications. CONCLUSION:Disabling factors related to neurotic disorders should be the subject of more in-depth research to implement well-defined protocols for comprehensive and protective clinical application.
