Example datasets for [TBA]

Example NMR datasets for the [TBA] software packageCPMG relaxation dispersion This dataset contains raw ¹H-¹⁵N CPMG relaxation dispersion NMR data for the N-SH2 domain of SHP2 bound to a Gab1 phosphopeptide, originally collected and published by Glaser et al. (2026, PNAS, DOI: 10.1073/pnas.2513851123). Data were obtained from the NMRFAM data repository (University of Wisconsin–Madison) with permission from the authors. The dataset is provided as example input for the [TBA] package ([GitHub link]), which implements automated CPMG data processing including lineshape fitting, R2eff calculation, and preliminary Rex and elevated-R2 classification. This record will be updated with additional example datasets as the [TBA] package develops.
