tedsim_lineage

This dataset is based on TedSim simulated data :cite:<code>pan:22</code>. TedSim simulates cell division events from root cell to present-day cells, simultaneously generating two data modalities for each cell, gene expression and a lineage barcode. Here the early and late time points relate to depth <code>8</code> and <code>12</code> accordingly in the simulated tree. The :attr:<code>anndata.AnnData.X</code> entry is based on reprocessing of the counts data consisting of :meth:<code>scanpy.pp.normalize_total</code> and :meth:<code>scanpy.pp.log1p</code>. `.obsm["barcodes"]' contains the simulated barcode array per cell
